We truly believe in the quality of our clothing and we're confident you'll love it too. That's why we offer a simple 30 day money back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@noranorwich.co.uk with your full name, order number, email address, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Return approval
Please don't send items back before contacting us. All returns must first be approved by Nora Norwich by email, and in many cases need to be sent directly to our supplier, which may be located in China.
Return shipping costs
For change of mind returns, size changes or unwanted items, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking required for returns
Please provide valid tracking details for your return. We can only process a refund once the item has been received and confirmed.
Condition of returned items
Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging included where possible.
Items not eligible for return
Gift cards, final sale items, personal or hygiene items, and worn, washed or used items cannot be returned, along with any return sent without prior approval. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@noranorwich.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and photos.
Refund processing
Once your return is approved, we'll refund your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank to process it.
