30 day money back guarantee We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at: info@noranorwich.co.uk. Please include your full name, order number, email address, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Return approval Do not send items back before contacting us. All returns must first be approved by Nora Norwich by email. Returns must often be sent directly to our supplier, which may be located in China.

Return shipping costs For change of mind returns, size changes or unwanted items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Tracking required for returns The customer must provide valid return tracking details. A refund can only be processed after the item is received and confirmed.

Condition of returned items Items should be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging where possible.
